Originally begun to support the creation of a single school in an underserved area of rural Nepal, the Santi School Project has grown into an organization that supports teacher education and school construction around the country.  After the devastating earthquake of 2015 that destroyed thousands of schools, Santi Schools has been involved in rebuilding infrastructure and in rethinking the direction of Nepali education through thoughtful teacher training.  EAW works in partnership with Santi Schools to design and implement curriculum for teacher education.  For more information, see their website at
